If I could give less than a one star I would. Absolutely disgusting costumer service. We took my friend there as she was in a bad car accident a few days ago and she had very serious chest and neck pains and was finding it hard to breath. As we were visiting from Canberra we were taken to the nearest hospital unfortunately it turned out to be this one. We were met by rude and irritated staff. Every staff member we came across there nurses reception staff were rude hostile and unprofessional as well as seeming completely uncapable to treat her. She ended up being given pain relief after about 3 hours of lying in a bed. When they said there’s nothing else they can do so we can leave we then continued to wait over and hour and a half just to have her checked out and even then it was only because I accosted the staff several times and was told very rudely with a raised voice we would have to wait. All for something that took them about 1 minute when we had already been stuffed around and in there for 5 hours. Safe to say if you want good medical advice nice and competent staff DO NOT go here.

Big thanks to Dr. James King and his team for removing my brain tumour on 14/09/17. Extremely professional and made the whole experience very relaxing and straight forward. Also a big thanks to all the nurses that looked after me after the operation. A+ care, highly recommend this hospital. Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and were able to answer all my questions. Also the food was pretty decent and the area I stayed in was very private and well laid out. I'll definitely be choosing this hospital again in the future.

Extremely bad experience here. All you can do here is waiting. I’m just wondering how can a patient who is in danger remains alive after the come to this hospital. Waiting? Waiting for death to come? It shouldn’t be called emergency. It should be call “got 2 or more hours? Come join us!” :(
